We are disappointed with our experience during today's appointment.

Our daughter had a scheduled appointment at '9:30 am', yet we waited approximately 'one hour' before being called back. After we were taken to the treatment room, we waited an additional '15–20 minutes' for the dentist to arrive and the extended wait in the treatment room made the environment increasingly stressful for our 3-year-old daughter before the procedure even began.

When the dentist entered, there was little to no communication or effort to establish rapport with our '3-year-old daughter' before expecting her to immediately cooperate with the procedure. Treating young children requires patience, reassurance, and a gentle approach to help them feel safe and comfortable. Unfortunately, we did not experience that level of care during this visit.

My wife and I scheduled this appointment two months in advance and both took time off from work to attend. We understand that unforeseen delays can occur, but patients deserve clear communication, respect for their scheduled appointment time, and attentive care particularly in a pediatric dental practice. Posted On: 05/14/2026 What an absolute delight of an experience! We brought my daughter in yesterday after being referred by a friend, and from the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed. The office is absolutely beautiful, warm, and inviting.

The entire staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, which made such a difference. And the dentist was truly amazing—patient, professional, and so wonderful with my daughter.

Posted On: 03/22/2026 Shout out to Dr. Sahar, Dr. Park, and staff. My child needed some major work done on her teeth. We tried doing sedation but she did not tolerate it well. Dr. Sahar was very patient with us and understood not all children can tolerate oral procedures even with sedation. So we scheduled her to do anesthesia the following day. Dr. Park did a great job making sure my daughter was OK while she was out. Dr. Sahar did a great job with the crowns and fillings. Highly suggest taking your kids to this office. Posted On: 08/15/2025 It was our first time and the entire staff from Brianna, to Paula to Dr. Sahar made us feel so special!! They had a Welcome sign for my daughter! The office was very clean. They had Little Mermaid playing in the front/waiting area and then Moana 2 playing while my daughter was in the chair for her examination. They were even kind enough to change the program to Bugs Life, since it was getting “too scary” Dr. Sahar was very thorough, patient and kind!! I’m glad we found such a Wonderful pediatric dentist!! Posted On: 07/15/2025 We had an emergency on vacation. This practice was recommended by a local orthodontist practice and I am so thankful for that! They were so kind and helpful. They saw us the same day and did an extraction even though our insurance wasn't accepted because we are out of state. I am so grateful for this office.

Dr. Sahar has been amazing with our kids and actually takes the time to explain the basics of proper dental hygiene to them. For parents, it's nice to speak with the doctor after the visit to understand what was done during the visit with our children and any future treatments that might be necessary. Posted On: 07/10/2025 Dr. Sahar is incredible. My youngest (5) had to have some extensive dental work done and had to go under anesthesia. We went to a few pediatric dental specialists for opinions as I was very anxious about this procedure. Dr. Sahar put me at ease. She explained all of my options and why she recommended one over the other. She has an incredible bedside manner for children and adults alike. I went with her recommendation, she did a great job and the procedure went smoothly. My older child (9) had a couple cavities filled and she was so sweet to him. She explained what she was doing and what he was going to expect with each step. I was tempted to see if she worked on adult teeth as well ☺️ If you’re looking for someone to take care of little smiles, I highly recommend this pediatric dentistry!
